Cleaning and blasting

Cleaning and blasting

We love cleaning and blasting!
By cleaning and blasting steel structures we ensure that all impurities on the surface are removed. This not only includes visible impurities such as rust, but also invisible particles such as inorganic salts that can have a negative effect on the quality of a coating system.

To get a perfectly smooth surface, the choice of the right blasting technique and the right abrasive agent are important. We work with various techniques and blasting agents in order to be able to guarantee the best result for each construction and situation.

Our blasting techniques
All our techniques are carried out on the basis of the ISO standard and the VCA standard. Safety and quality are our top priorities!
We often apply high-pressure cleaning before blasting. This is done by machine on the surface to be cleaned. The high-pressure jet consists of water or soap. In some situations hydroblasting is applied. Hydroblasting is a combination of water and soap.

Additionally, high pressure water can be combined with grit, but dry blasting is also an option. In the case of dry blasting only grit, steel particles, molten slag grit, Australian sand, zircon sand or magnesium sand are used.

What do we blast and where?
We can help you have any steel construction blasted. We also have the ability to blast your construction on location and in our warehouse! Our mobile blasting team can visit on site everywhere in the Netherlands or the rest of Europe
