Advice and Inspection

Advice and Inspection

We have NACE certified coating inspectors who check our projects from start to finish. We're able to give our customers reliable and appropriate advice due to our many years of experience in the conservation industry.

A competent NACE Inspector is essential to guarantee the smooth running of a project and the lifespan of a coating. We check virtually every aspect before, during and after the application process including (but not limited to):

  • Climate conditions
  • The presence of soluble salts on the steel
  • Roughness, cleanliness and anchor profile after blasting
  • Dust tests
  • Coating thickness measurements
  • Pull-off adhesion tests
  • Bending tests

Furthermore, we provide inspections and checks on location during maintenance work and coating repairs.

Good advice is important. A risk analysis is made for each project and we survey where possible future complications can arise. During this process, the safety, quality, and planning are taken into consideration in each project in order to guarantee a successful conclusion.

In case of bottlenecks, we are able to provide adequate and conclusive advice to our customers and other partners.
